Metal tile Opaque and Luster

The metal tile is made by roller rolling of steel with the subsequent cold stamping. In its basis there is a steel sheet 0,4 — 0,6 mm thick with a multilayered polymeric covering of various coloring. Sheets of steel cover with a zinc layer or an alloy of zinc and aluminum then they are grounded, passivated and become covered by a protective layer of polymers which protect metal from corrosion and provide firmness of color.
